Pre-Order Policy

When placing a Pre-Order or Back-Order on One Stop PokeShop USA, all items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. For example, if the Pre-Order item is set to ship in 1 month, you’ll need to wait 1 month for all items in your order to be shipped. If you want non-Pre-Order items to ship immediately, please place them in a separate cart and check out with a separate order. We cannot partially fulfill or partially cancel orders.

Please note that your card or PayPal will be charged immediately for Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases.
